Motorway closed near Portsmouth after sudden death

Part of the of the M27 in Hampshire was closed for 10 hours following a sudden death.
The motorway was shut eastbound between junction 11 for Fareham and 12 for Portsmouth after an incident at 02:20 GMT.
One of the three lanes opened by 09:30 GMT. The remaining lanes were reopened by lunchtime.
Delays of up to an hour and a seven mile (11km) tailback had been reported, National Highways said.
Hampshire Constabulary appealed for information about the incident.
The death of a woman, aged 59 and from Fareham, is not being treated as suspicious.
