Concerns raised over man's clifftop house

An 82-year-old man is living in a cliff-top house which is in danger of collapsing into the sea.

George Gardiner lives alone in the precarious property in Luccombe on the Isle of Wight.

Cracks have started to appear in and around the property following a water leak.
