A family country park has gone on the market with a £2.25m price tag.
In October, Vectis Ventures, which runs the Robin Hill attraction on the Isle of Wight, announced plans to sell the closed site.
The group said about 10 jobs were at risk at the park, which is listed on the open market with Savills estate agents.
It blamed the sale on financial turbulence caused by Covid, the cost-of-living crisis and poor weather.
Vectis Ventures previously said the sale of the park in Downend would release funds for further investment into Blackgang Chine, an attraction near Niton that it also owns.
Robin Hill is an 88-acre family amusement country park located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The park's rides include a 300m downhill toboggan run, 28-seat 4D motion cinema and Ripple water pillow.
The park also has an amphitheatre, play areas, activity courses, disc golf, wooden maze, falconry area and canopy skywalk.
The property has planning permission for holiday accommodation, including 19 tree houses, 23 lodges and 40 glamping tents.
Planning consent was granted on 6 December 2017 and some work has begun to implement it.
The park opened in 1971 and has been owned by the Dabell family since 1994.
Estate agents Savills has been instructed to market the property as a going concern.
