Aaron Howard: Police urge public to help in search for wanted man

Police are appealing for public assistance in the search for a man who has been recalled to prison.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of 50-year-old Aaron Howard to get in touch.
Police said Howard does not have a fixed address but is often in the Southampton area.
He is wanted on recall to prison for breaching the conditions of an existing order.
"Officers have followed various lines of enquiry to locate him and we are now turning to the public for assistance," the force said.
"We would like to remind anyone found to be harbouring him or deliberately obstructing our attempt to locate him could be committing an offence themselves and be liable for arrest and prosecution."
