The Red Jet crossings, which normally run every 35 minutes, have been suspended
Fast crossings between Southampton and the Isle of Wight have been halted after an oil leak was found on the only catamaran in service.
Ferry operator Red Funnel said the problem had been found on Red Jet 6, halting the service between Southampton and West Cowes.
Red Jet 7 is having a refit and Red Jet 4 is also under repair.
The vehicle ferry is sailing between Southampton and East Cowes but takes an hour.
