Drone video shows Portsmouth News building demolition

Demolition work at the former News Centre site in Portsmouth has been captured by a drone.

The building had been home to The News, a Portsmouth based newspaper until 2013.

The paper continued to be published at the London Road site until 2020, when it was sold to Daily Mail owners DMG Media.

First Bus purchased the site in March, and plans to turn it into a "super bus depot" for its electric fleet.

Demolition began in September, despite calls to keep some of the historic front of the building.
