Dozens of firefighters have worked through the night to tackle a large blaze in Curdridge.
More than 60 firefighters were called to a property in Curdridge Lane at around 19:30 GMT on Sunday.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service confirmed no one was injured in the incident, but the roof of the property had been destroyed.
Firefighters remain at the scene to investigate the cause and a service spokesperson said the road is closed.
In a statement, it said14 fire engines were in attendance at the height of incident.
They included an aerial ladder, specialist water carrier and environmental protection vehicles.
Crews from Botley, Bishop's Waltham, Hightown, Fareham, Eastleigh, Wickham, St Mary's, Droxford, Cosham and Hamble were involved in the initial stages of the blaze.
The spokesperson said: "The electric and gas supplies to the property were isolated by engineers, as firefighters used hose reels and jets to extinguish the flames.
"Urban Search and Rescue officers provided advice due to the property's unstable structure following fire damage."
Relief crews were called shortly after midnight, as well as highways officers to enforce the road closure.
The spokesperson added: "It was confirmed the roof had been destroyed and the ground-floor had suffered significant water damage following the stop message, which came in shortly after 09:00.
"We expect our crews will have some form of presence at the Curdridge property for most of the day. They will be joined by fire investigation officers, who will work to establish the cause of the blaze."
