Portsmouth Harbour to Hilsea trains disrupted by engineering works

On Monday engineering work means Portsmouth Harbour-Hilsea trains will be disrupted until 15:00 BST

Engineering works means trains between Portsmouth Harbour and Hilsea will be cancelled, delayed or revised.

South Western Railway said the work means some lines would be blocked for periods on Monday.

The train firm said replacement buses will run between Fareham and Eastleigh when the line block is in place.

Tickets can be used on GWR between Portsmouth-Southampton Southern services between Portsmouth, Havant and Waterloo until 14:45 BST.

Tickets can also be used on some local buses during the disruption between 08:30 - 15:00, external.

  • X4 - Southampton Central - Portsmouth Harbour

  • X5 - Southampton Central - Fareham

  • Bluestar 15 - Southampton central - Hamble

  • First Portsmouth, Fareham & Gosport 3 - Fareham to Portsmouth Harbour
