Godshill: Man in his 90s dies after early hours house fire

A man, aged in his 90s, has died after a fire at a house on the Isle of Wight that broke out in the early hours.
Firefighters from three stations were sent to the blaze on Shanklin Road, Godshill, shortly before 02:00 BST.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said the man was taken to hospital where he died a short time later.
The fire service said a second person was also treated by ambulance crew. Their condition is not known.
Police said officers remain at the scene.
Fire investigation officers are working with the force to establish the cause of the fire.
