Police uncover £62,000 Hull cannabis farm

Police found the plants growing at a property in Fairfax Avenue, Hull

Police have discovered a cannabis farm capable of producing an estimated £62,000 worth of drugs.

Officers found more than 120 plants growing during a raid at a property in Fairfax Avenue, Hull, on Wednesday.

Humberside Police said drugs paraphernalia and a high-value car found at the scene were also seized.

A 41-year-old man has been charged with being concerned in the production of cannabis and abstracting electricity without authority, the force said.
