Cannabis plants worth £94,000 seized in Hull

The suspected cannabis grow was discovered after reports of a disturbance

Cannabis plants worth £94,000 have been seized from a property in Hull, police confirmed.

The suspected drug grow was uncovered after reports of two people trying to get into the building on Hinderwell Street at 04:40 GMT on Saturday.

An officer from Operation Shield remained in place while the cannabis was seized and enquiries are ongoing.

Humberside Police are appealing for anyone with any information to come forward.
