Driver seriously injured after car hits building in East Yorkshire

The crash happened on the A1079 near the junction with The Balk on Tuesday night
A man has been left with "life-threatening injuries" after the car he was driving hit a building in East Yorkshire, police said.
Officers were called to the crash site on the A1079, close to the junction with The Balk near Pocklington, at 23:45 GMT on Tuesday.
A black Audi A3 driven by the 29-year-old left the road and collided with a building, Humberside Police said.
The force appealed for witnesses and dashcam footage of the incident.
The road was closed for a number of hours while an investigation was carried out.
Bus services were also diverted.
