Mia Allen becomes Humber ports' first female ship to shore crane driver
Mia Allen, 20, is the Humber ports' first female ship to shore crane driver.
The former chip shop worker said she was following in the footsteps of her father who has worked at the Port of Immingham for 20 years.
Ms Allen tells BBC Look North how she now spends her working days 110ft ( 34m) above the docks loading and unloading cargo ships.
Associated British Ports Humber said it encourages more women to apply for posts traditionally filled by men.
