Scunthorpe: M180 closure to allow for bridge repairs

Diversions will be in place while repairs are carried out to a motorway bridge

The M180 will be closed in both directions over the weekend between junctions two and three.

National Highways said it will be carrying out work on the Mutton Lane Bridge near Outmill, Scunthorpe.

The stretch will be closed from 20:00 BST on Friday 26 April until 06:00 BST on Monday.

Humber Bridge will not be part of the official diversion route but may experience increased traffic, the agency said.
