Kent firefighters top up steam train with water

Firefighters have been called to top up a steam train that ran out of water.

The passenger train got into trouble at Folkestone East sidings at about 19:45 GMT on Saturday.

Crews from Kent Fire and Rescue Service topped up the water supply "to avoid any danger to the operators or the passengers on board," a spokesman said.

He said the train then left the sidings and the incident was handed over to Network Rail.
