Banksy mural appears on Folkestone park wall
A mural by the street artist Banksy, of a woman staring at an empty plinth, has been painted on a wall in Folkestone, Kent.
The image, called "Art Buff" was discovered on Sunday evening in Payers Park during the town's two-month long Triennial Festival.
The artist confirmed it was his work by posting it on his website.
His spokeswoman said "Art Buff" was a play on words because the piece of art on the plinth at had been "buffed" out.
She said: "It is up there for everyone to enjoy."
The last piece of art Banksy painted in Kent was in Dungeness in 2010.
