A lorry driver has been found not guilty of causing the death of a woman on the M20.

Susan Mellor, 74, died when her Nissan Qashqai and a Mercedes articulated lorry collided on a sliproad near Maidstone on 6 December last year.

Jaroslav Horvath, 41, from the Czech Republic, was charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

He was acquitted following a trial lasting six days at Maidstone Crown Court.
