Children in Need: 'Artwork helps me with stress relief'

A charity is delivering art materials to young carers' homes during lockdown to help with stress relief.

Dover Smart has received funding of £107,000 from Children in Need to carry out it's work.

"When I'm doing art it helps calm me down," said Dominic, a 15-year-old carer who is supported by Dover Smart.
