Walderslade man accused of horse racing syndicate fraud

A man has been charged with defrauding members of a horse racing betting syndicate, police say.
Michael Stanley, of Resolution Close, Walderslade, is accused of defrauding members of the Layezy Racing group between 2013 and 2019.
The 67-year-old has been charged in connection with the alleged misuse of his clients' money, Kent Police said.
He has also been charged with four counts of running a business for a fraudulent purpose.
Mr Stanley has been bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court on 7 March.
