Burnley death: Gary Fletcher charged with murdering woman, 33

The woman's body was found in Wilton Street, Burnley
A man has been charged with murder after the discovery of a 33-year-old woman's body.
The body of 33-year-old Nicola Howarth was discovered at a house in Wilton Street, Burnley on 22 July.
A post-mortem examination revealed she died from asphyxiation, Lancashire Police said.
Gary Fletcher, 34, has also been charged with child neglect and is due to appear at Burnley Magistrates' Court later.
