Blackpool manslaughter charge after street attack death

A man has been charged with manslaughter after a man found badly injured in a street died a month later.
Anthony Harley, 53, was found seriously hurt on Church Street in Blackpool on the evening of 19 February but initially survived.
Harry Fowle, 33, was held on suspicion of wounding but has now been charged with the more serious offence after Mr Harley died in hospital on 17 March.
He was bailed to appear at Blackpool Magistrates Court on 4 November.
Lancashire Police is continuing to appeal for witnesses and has asked anyone with information to come forward.
