Police have released another CCTV image of a man detectives want to speak to in connection with the rape of a 17-year-old girl.

The victim was sexually assaulted twice by the man on 29 January in Burnley, Lancashire Police said.

The first attack happened after a man approached her near Sainsbury's on Colne Road at about 15:45 GMT before she was led to Bank Parade.

She was then sexually assaulted by the same man on Church Street, police said.

The force had issued images of the man they were seeking on Saturday.

Det Supt Stephen Holgate said: "It is imperative we identify this man as quickly as possible, which is why we are asking again for your help.

"If you recognise him, I would urge you to get in touch."

He said officers were working "incredibly hard to identify the man responsible" and were "following numerous lines of inquiry".
