David Hockney exhibition opens in home city of Bradford

Three huge pictures of a Yorkshire street scene created by Bradford-born artist David Hockney have gone on display for the first time in the city.
Each measuring 27ft in length, the photographs show the same 25 trees on a Bridlington street at three different times of year.
The work has gone on show in a new exhibition at Salt Mills in Saltaire.
Zoe Silver, from the gallery, said: "We're thrilled to celebrate David and his work here."
The artwork, called '25 trees between Bridlington School and Morrison's supermarket along Bessingby Road in the Semi-Egyptian style', show the same scene in summer, autumn and winter.
Ms Silver said the pictures reflect 74-year-old Hockney's love of the urban environment and the transformative power of seasonal change.
They have gone on display alongside projections of his iPhone and iPad art and some recent portraits of landscapes and family and friends.
Hockney was born in Bradford and won a scholarship to Bradford Grammar School before going on to study at the Royal College of Art in London.
The exhibition, titled '25 Trees and Other Pictures' is free and runs until the end of December.
