Bradford's £35m regeneration scheme starts

A multi-million pound regeneration scheme to create thousands of jobs and attract new business to Bradford has taken a step forward.
The city council and government have provided joint funding of £35m to create a "growth zone".
Incentives to promote investment include a rate rebate for businesses in exchange for helping people get training and jobs.
The scheme is being officially rolled out at an event later.
The plan, which was announced last year, was given formal government approval this week.
The council said the event, at the Impressions Gallery, would give businesses a chance to get involved and turn the scheme into a reality.
About £4.4m of the funding will be spent on the demolition of the former Tyrlls police station where it is hoped art offices will be built.
Barra Mac Ruairi, the council's strategic director for regeneration and culture, said: "We are excited as we expect to create a significant number of jobs over the next three to five years.
"These are great opportunities for local people as well as strong incentives for businesses in the city centre."
