Bradford psychiatric patient accused of murder

Police have charged a woman following the incident at Cygnet Hospital in August last year

A woman has been charged with murdering a fellow patient at a psychiatric hospital in Bradford.

Rachel Bowen, 49, is accused of killing Linda Goswell, 52, from Halifax, on 2 August last year, at the Bierley Lane hospital.

She is due to appear at Bradford Magistrates' Court via video link on Friday.
