Bradford man charged over pedestrian's death

A second man has been charged in connection with the death of a pedestrian killed by a car in Leeds.
James Gilbey, 25, from Bramley, Leeds, died after he was hit while crossing Stanningley Bypass on 13 July.
West Yorkshire Police said Kaiz Mahmood, 28, of Hinchcliffe Street, Bradford, had been charged with dangerous driving and driving without insurance
He will appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court on 21 October.
Majid Malik, 27, of Silverhill Avenue, Bradford, has already been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in relation to the incident.
Seven other men who were arrested as part of the investigation have been released from their bail.
