The plans for the building, near Leeds railway station, include offices, leisure spaces and a glass roof
Plans to turn a fire-hit Leeds nightclub venue into offices have been unveiled.
The Majestic building, in City Square, was badly damaged by a blaze in September 2014 with the roof almost completely destroyed.
The venue, which opened as a cinema in the 1920s and eventually became the Majestyk nightclub, has had a temporary roof installed to protect the interior.
Property company Rushbond aims to turn it into a 65,000sq ft office site.
A planning application for the development, which include cafe spaces, a three-storey entrance hall and a glass roof, will be submitted in August.
Gerald Jennings, president of the Leeds Chamber of Commerce, said: "This is an important building and landmark in the heart of the city and has a vital role in the ongoing commercial success of Leeds."
