Bradford man charged with terrorism offences

A man has been charged with two terrorism offences.

Asim Majid, 29, of Cranbourne Road, Bradford, was arrested by counter terrorism officers last week.

He is accused of possessing a record likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, and second charge of funding terrorism.

Mr Majid has been remanded in custody and will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
