Keighley beer maker Timothy Taylor's set to expand brewery

A well-known Bradford beer firm has received the go-ahead for a £9m expansion of its brewery.
Keighley-based Timothy Taylor's is growing its Knowle Spring Brewery site, where it has been based for 160 years.
The company, best known for its Landlord and Boltmaker beers, said it needed to increase brewing capacity to "meet current market demands".
New plant machinery and brewing equipment will be installed as part of the work, planning documents said.
The plans submitted to Bradford Council cited the removal and replacement the roof of a "tired" section of an existing building, with the structure then being reconfigured.
The company described the move as a "significant" moment for the brewery, with the money set to be invested in the site over the next five years.
New equipment would allow for better storage of the water from an on-site spring used in the brewing process, the Local Democracy Reporting Service said.
Tim Dewey, the firm's chief executive, said: "While the plan provides for increased capacity at the brewery, it will also enhance our resilience, health and safety and ability to deliver quality beer.
"It will significantly upgrade our facilities, including additional storage for our Knowle Spring water, yeast care and cleaning."
