A 27-year-old woman has died after falling from a moving van in Wakefield.
Police said the woman, who was from Kirklees, died at the scene in the Calder Grove area on Wednesday.
Officers said she had been seen falling from a white Ford Transit van between 20:20 GMT and 20:45 on Denby Dale Road.
The male driver of the van, a 25-year-old Kirklees man, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and drug driving offences. He remains in custody.

Pole appealed for anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch
Det Supt Marc Bowes, from West Yorkshire Police, said road closures had been in place overnight in the area.
He also appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident to get in touch.
"We would like to speak to anyone in the area of the Denby Dale Road and Hollin Lane who saw or has footage of the incident or who saw the white Transit van just prior to the incident," he added.
