Neal Lloyd pleaded not guilty to inciting racial hatred at Leeds Magistrates' Court

A Castleford man has denied a charge of inciting racial hatred in relation to comments posted on Facebook.

Neal Lloyd was arrested on 20 October last year following comments allegedly related to the conflict between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.

Mr Lloyd, 61, of St Andrew's Road, pleaded not guilty in a hearing at Leeds Magistrates' Court on Friday.

He was granted conditional bail and will appear before Leeds Crown Court on 15 April.
