Traffic delay warning at Download Festival

Fans heading to a rock music festival in the East Midlands have been warned to expect traffic delays in the area.
Up to 80,000 people are expected to attend this year's Download Festival at Donington Park, in Leicestershire, which runs from 10-12 June.
The Highways Agency said major roads and motorways leading to Donington Park were likely to be busy from Wednesday.
People travelling to nearby East Midlands Airport have been advised to allow extra time for their journey.
Steve Parker, emergency planning officer for the Highways Agency, said: "Major roads and motorways in the area, including the M1, A42, A50 and A453, are likely to be busy.
"All routes to the festival will be well signposted, but people travelling in the area should plan their journey in advance and check the latest travel conditions before they set out."
Extra traffic officers will be on duty around junction 24 of the M1 to help motorists, clear incidents quickly and keep traffic moving, the agency said.
Artists appearing at this year's event include Def Leppard, Thin Lizzy, The Darkness and Skunk Anansie.
