Police are appealing for help to find whoever was responsible for stealing items from a Leicestershire cemetery.

Five thefts from graves at St. James' Church in Newbold Verdon have been reported to officers since last August.

Leicestershire Police said items including flowers and ornaments had been stolen in the "sporadic thefts".

Officers have been carrying out investigations including plain clothed patrols at different times of the day and night at the cemetery.
