Lord Janner victim 'still affected by abuse during Westminster school trip'

A man has alleged he was sexually assaulted by former MP Lord Janner during a school visit to the Houses of Parliament when he was nine years old.
Paul Miller from Leicester said the alleged incident was "still affecting" him, four decades later.
During a debate at Westminster Hall, MP Simon Danczuk said police wanted to bring 22 historical charges against the ex-Labour MP.
Lord Janner, 86, and his family deny any wrongdoing.
In April, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) decided not to charge Lord Janner because of his dementia, despite sufficient evidence to bring a case.
Mr Danczuk, Labour MP for Rochdale, said he had discussed the allegations, which dated between 1969 and 1988, with Leicestershire Police.
He said: "If Lord Janner really is too ill to face prosecution, then why can't the courts establish this with a fitness to plead process?"
'Angry ever since'
This CPS decision is currently under review and the force has also called for a separate review.
Mr Miller told the BBC he had been in care and was selected for a trip to London after the former Leicester MP visited his school.
Now aged 52, Mr Miller claims he was groped by Lord Janner while inside the Westminster chapel.
"I have been angry ever since, to be honest," he said.
"I have got a lot of anger and bitterness and it has been eating away at me for the best part of four decades.
"Every time I see his face I feel that he is mocking me. Even after all this time it is still affecting me."
Mr Miller said he would welcome any compensation for the alleged victims of Lord Janner.
