Man critical after suspected stabbing in Leicester car park

A 20-year-old man is critically ill following a suspected stabbing in a car park.

Police said the man was attacked with what they believe was a "bladed weapon" in Cropthorne Avenue in Leicester at about 12:50 BST on Friday.

Witnesses reported seeing two men with the victim at the time he was assaulted.

The car park was cordoned off by police, who have urged any further witnesses to get in touch.
