Rail line reopens after vehicle hits Market Harborough bridge

Trains in Leicestershire are running again after a bridge, struck by a vehicle earlier, has been deemed safe.
The collision on Thursday morning meant some East Midlands Railway services were unable to stop at Market Harborough or Leicester stations.
Trains were diverted while staff assessed the damage to the bridge near Market Harborough, East Midlands Railway (EMR) has said.
The line reopened shortly after 11:00 BST.
However EMR has warned there may still be some delays as a result of the crash.
The operator said: "Trains running through the area in both directions between Kettering and Leicester can run as normal.
"Some residual delays may remain and there may be some late notice alterations as a result."
