Gilmorton: Man in his 80s dies after crash between two cars

The crash happened in Lutterworth Road, Gilmorton
A man in his 80s has died after a two-car crash in Leicestershire.
Police were called to Lutterworth Road, Gilmorton, at 11:00 GMT on Monday after the crash involving a black Honda Jazz and grey Volkswagen Passat.
The driver of the Honda was taken to hospital with serious injuries but later died in hospital on Monday evening.
The Volkswagen driver, a woman in her 30s, was taken to hospital - where she remains - with serious injuries.
Leicestershire Police said an investigation was ongoing to establish how the crash happened.
Officers are urging potential witnesses, including drivers with dashcam footage, to come forward with information.
