Leicester: Third suspect arrested after city shooting

Police have arrested a third person following a report of a shooting in Leicester.

Police were called to Mulberry Avenue at about 23:00 GMT on Saturday after a stationary car had reportedly been shot at.

A man in the car, who is in his 30s, suffered a minor injury.

The woman, 21, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and has since been released on bail, the force said.

A 48-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman have previously been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Police say they have both been released on bail while inquiries continue.
