An 18-year-old man has died following a stabbing in Leicester.
Police were called to reports of a stabbing in Glazebrook Road, New Parks, just before 13:15 BST on Wednesday.
The victim was treated for his injuries by air ambulance medics but was pronounced dead at the scene, Leicestershire Police said.
The force added two 17-year-old boys had been arrested on suspicion of murder and remained in custody while investigations continued.
Police said a 52-year-old man had also been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Two other males, aged 36 and 17, and a 38-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
Officers said they all remained in custody.
Det Insp David Greenhalgh, from the East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU) major crime team, said: "This incident happened in broad daylight in a residential area, so I firmly believe there are people who can help.
"I'd ask anyone with doorbell, CCTV or dashcam footage to contact police.
"Anything you can tell us, no matter how insignificant you think it is, could be important."
