Delay warning over Lincoln road works
- Published
Motorists have been warned of disruption in Lincoln as work on a major route begins.
The project on the A15 Lindum Hill, designed to repair damage caused by heavy traffic and severe winter weather, will last for nine days.
The county council said temporary traffic lights will be used and southbound vehicles will be diverted.
Next weekend the road will be completely closed to allow the route to be resurfaced.
The authority said it had chosen half term to carry out the work to keep delays to a minimum but anyone using the road has been advised to allow extra time for the journey.
