Shopkeepers in two Lincolnshire towns are being offered a share of £150,000 to renovate their properties.

South Kesteven District Council has invited businesses in Grantham and Bourne to apply for shares of £50,000 and £80,000 respectively.

Officials said projects could vary from basic repairs to the entire replacement of a shop front.

Owners have been asked to apply before 22 June, with work to be finished by the end of the year.

The scheme can fund up to 75% of costs with a maximum single grant of £20,000.
