A woman has been charged with murdering a 21-year-old man found stabbed to death.

The victim, who suffered a serious knife wound, was pronounced dead at the scene in Boston, Lincolnshire, on Wednesday.

Police said they were called to Portland Street at about 12:15 BST.

Charlie Stevenson, 20, of Portland Street, appeared at Lincoln Crown Court and was remanded in custody until 16 August.

Det Ch Insp Richard Myszczyszyn, of Lincolnshire Police, said: "We are still appealing for information and I'd urge anybody who hasn't yet contacted us to please do so."
