Women face stalking charges after Lincolnshire village incidents
- Published
Two women have been charged with stalking offences following alleged incidents in a Lincolnshire village.
Linda Lu, 34, and Susan Chen, 60, of Linga Lane in Bassingham, face charges of stalking involving serious alarm and distress, Lincolnshire Police said.
They also allegedly failed to comply with a community protection notice.
The pair appeared at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on 11 October. They were remanded into custody to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on 13 November.
The charges followed multiple reports of incidents involving people in the village, which ranged from vulgar language and spitting, to verbal threats, officers said.
