Amanda Wyle, 42, was charged after three people were injured when they were attacked by two dogs in Sleaford town centre on Sunday.
Police previously said one person needed hospital treatment.
Wyle, of St Giles Avenue, Sleaford, was handed a 12-month community order at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Monday.
She was also ordered to pay the three victims compensation totalling £467.99.
Officers are yet to confirm the breed of the dogs involved, but said they were both taken to kennels.
