Lincoln man seriously injured after being hit by car

A man in his 70s is in a serious condition in hosiptal after he was hit by a car in the city centre in Brayford Way shortly after 22:00 GMT on Sunday
A man has been seriously injured after he was hit by a car in Lincoln city centre.
Lincolnshire Police said officers were called to reports of an incident involving a black Ford Focus and a pedestrian in Brayford Way shortly after 22:00 GMT on Sunday.
A man in his 70s was taken to hospital by air ambulance where he remains in a critical condition, the force said.
Police appealed for witnesses or people with dashcam footage to come forward.
There were no other injuries reported.
