A 45-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murdering a woman in Skegness has been released on bail, police said.

The body, confirmed by officers to be that of Petra Ross, 23, was found near the Gibraltar Point nature reserve on Sunday.

Ms Ross, whose family are being supported by officers, was reported missing on Friday.

Lincolnshire Police is continuing to appeal for information and any video footage.

Det Ch Insp Jen Lovatt of the major crime unit said the public could upload any material online to the force's "major incident public portal".

"Investigations are still underway and we would like to thank the local community for their support," she said.

"We continue to appeal for witnesses and would urge people to get in touch if you believe you're in possession of any information that can assist with our inquiries."
