A16 Dalby: Two women die after two-vehicle crash in East Lindsey

Two women have died after a crash involving two cars on the A16 in Lincolnshire.

Police were called to the incident at Dalby at 14:55 GMT on 27 February after the cars collided close to the Langton Road junction.

A blue Renault Arkona and a black Vauxhall Insignia were involved in the crash.

The driver of the Renault Arkona died at the scene, and the passenger later died in hospital.

The two passengers of the Vauxhall Insignia were transferred to hospital and treated for injuries not believed to be serious.

Lincolnshire Police appealed for anyone to come forward with information relating to the incident.
