Three men have been arrested after more than 1,200 cannabis plants were discovered in sheds and caravans at a site near Spalding.
The men, aged 32, 33, and 35, were arrested on suspicion of cultivating a class B controlled drug.
More than 50 police officers were involved in the raid in Evergreen Close on Thursday.
Lincolnshire Police said the operation had since been dismantled and investigations were continuing.
The raid involved a number of specialist units, including crime scene investigators, a dog unit and drone pilot, the force said.
Det Insp Mel Rooke said: "The amount of resources that we are prepared to dedicate towards crimes like this, which we know blight communities, shows how committed we are to putting a stop to this type of criminality."
Police also seized a number of vehicles, along with a generator and an unspecified quantity of cash as part of the investigation.
