Fighters will be carrying out night flying exercises over Lincolnshire.
RAF Coningsby said training operations would take place until around midnight every night.
The base is home to Typhoons from the Quick Reaction Alert unit, which protect UK airspace.
In a social media post, the RAF said: "We always appreciate the enduring patience of our neighbours and the local community as we continue to train our pilots for operations."
The training will take place from Monday until 2 May.
One of the Typhoons has recently been repainted to mark 80 years since the D-Day landings.
