David Farrow in court over fatal Gainsborough car crash

A man has appeared in court charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a 38-year-old man was killed in a crash.

Mark Turner was fatally injured when a black Peugeot crashed into two parked cars in Riseholme Road, Gainsborough, on 22 September.

A second person was seriously injured in the crash.

David Farrow, of Haltham Green in the town, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Thursday.

The 39-year-old has also been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving and aggravated vehicle taking.

No pleas were entered and he was granted conditional bail until the 24 June when he is due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court.
